…is happening next Wednesday, June 27 at 5210 S Kenwood, Chicago, Illinois at 7:00 pm. Put on by Pocket Guide to Hell and the Op Shop, the event will be a 1920s literary salon held in the actual rooms in the actual house once occupied by Ben Hecht, author of The Front Page, A Thousand and One Afternoons in Chicago, and Scarface. The house will soon be a private residence once more, so this could be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
I will be portraying Chicago poet Eunice Tietjens, pictured below, and David Durstewitz, JC Gabel, Caroline Picard, Martin Seay, and others will be portraying others. More details are here, and I hope to see you there!
