In a Sentimental Mood, Part IV

Day four: the final Reading Poetry presentations on collections of contemporary poetry were presented, and corpses were made exquisite. The 9:40 am section delivered this visual interpretation of Nothing Happened and Besides I Wasn’t There by Mark Wallace (note the Pillsbury Doughboy)…

…and wrote this poem entitled “Breakfast Sausage”:  

And the 11:20 am section delivered this visual interpretation of The Dream Songs by John Berryman (note the handkerchief sandwich)…

..and wrote this poem entitled “Itchy Sock”:

Would T.S. Eliot hate this poem, too? Nobody knows.
