The Midwest Writers Workshop…

…in Muncie, Indiana is almost over, and if you’re still here, too, as a participant,  a staffer or faculty member, then thank you for helping the conference have such an atmosphere of extremely serious fun. If you haven’t ever been to the MWW, then you should go. I’ve had a great time teaching on such topics as these…

…and leading a Poetry Intensive on poetic form and restraint in which we drew such pictures as these…

…as well as hearing such people as the inimitable Cathy Day lecture on how and why to do such things as these…

…not to mention learning that the nickname of Muncie is Funcie, and that in that department, the town does not disappoint:
